36-Month Service Agreement (Free Website offer only)

This offer includes a free website build, logo, domain, hosting, and digital services. In exchange, you agree to a 36-month contract at R499/month. This covers:

Web hosting

Website maintenance and support

Email setup

Basic SEO

Basic social media support

Domain name (renewed annually)
Cancellation before the end of the 36-month period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 70% of the remaining contract balance.

Once-Off Setup Fee 

(Free Website offer only)

A once-off setup fee of R699 is required before the onboarding process begins. This covers:

Domain registration

DNS & hosting configuration

Email setup

Project admin and planning

Ownership & Access 

(Free Website offer only)

The website, domain, and emails are managed by PTNet/PixelPulse for the duration of the contract.

Upon completion of the 36 months and all dues paid, full ownership may be transferred upon request.

Early termination may result in suspension of services and access.

Refund Policy

The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide reliable, secure, and professional service to all clients.

Support response time: Within 24–48 business hours

Site maintenance: Includes monthly backups, plugin updates, and uptime monitoring

Email support: Monday–Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Hosting uptime target: 99.5% annually

Urgent issues: Prioritized for resolution within 12 hours where possible

Revisions: Limited to 2 rounds during the initial design phase. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
